The company was founded in 2018 by Gregory Dion Pounds Jr. Once he graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute with his master's, Gregory decided to take a leap of faith. He wanted to take it to another level by adding a Nawlins-styled twist to the cheesecake industry. After years of being challenged by local competition, it took him years to perfect his craft. He did just that by committing to extensive hours in the kitchen while working diligently to perfect each item and creating a taste never before seen or heard of.
